About the Role

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding the team and looking for a Sales Executive to help drive new business, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to our next phase of growth.

In this role, you will own and develop a portfolio of partners, identify new commercial opportunities, and play a key part in delivering revenue growth across our portfolio brands. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, while building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop relationships with a defined portfolio of partners across our portfolio brands, acting as the primary commercial contact. 
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, strong account stewardship, and consistent service delivery. 
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and expanded partnerships. 
  • Support contract negotiations and prepare commercial proposals in collaboration with management. 
  • Monitor account performance against KPIs, delivering clear reporting, actionable insights, and optimisation recommendations. 
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting revenue and tracking business development activity. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the strategic direction of the portfolio. 
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform account strategy and commercial positioning. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (product, development, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery across active projects. 
  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities. 
  • Manage multiple accounts effectively, prioritising workload with a commercial and growth-oriented mindset. 
  • Drive performance to consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and departmental KPIs. 

 

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in account management, sales, or partnerships. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Commercially aware with basic negotiation experience. 
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and reporting on KPIs. 
  • Organised and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. 
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and professional.
