About the Role
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding the team and looking for an SEO Manager to drive organic performance. This role focuses on developing and executing SEO strategies, including technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimisation to improve search visibility. You’ll collaborate with developers and content teams, monitor performance metrics, and adapt to industry changes to strengthen rankings and site authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and rectify on-page and off-page issues affecting search engine visibility, crawlability, and indexation.
- Ensure that website architecture and URL structures are optimised for search engine crawling and indexing.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value, relevant search terms and incorporate them into on-page content optimisation efforts.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic, rankings, and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement on-page SEO recommendations, including meta tags, header tags, and schema markup.
- Manage website redirects, canonical tags, and XML sitemaps to ensure optimal crawl and indexation.
- Optimise website structure and navigation for both search engines and user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain high search engine rankings.
- Create and manage a content optimization plan that aligns with SEO best practices and the content marketing strategy.
- Assist in link-building strategies and outreach to improve the website's authority and backlink profile.

Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- English must be spoken and written fluently;
- A thorough knowledge of SEO concepts, tactics, and applications;
- Technical understanding of how the backend and frontend of a CMS work;
- Clear communication, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity for decisive action;
- Three (3) years minimum of experience in a prior SEO function;
