About the Role
As part of our continued growth, we are expanding the team and looking for an SEO Manager to drive organic performance. This role focuses on developing and executing SEO strategies, including technical audits, keyword research, and on-page optimisation to improve search visibility. You’ll collaborate with developers and content teams, monitor performance metrics, and adapt to industry changes to strengthen rankings and site authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement SEO strategies across multiple websites and projects, under the guidance of the Head of SEO
- Assist with keyword research and help identify new growth opportunities
- Optimise website content, metadata, internal linking, and cross-site signal flow
- Support technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues
- Track rankings, crawl health, site performance, and organic traffic trends across the network
- Produce SEO content briefs and collaborate with writers or automation tools
- Contribute to competitor analysis across highly competitive niches
- Assist with backlink acquisition, authority-building campaigns, and domain-based link assets
- Help maintain canonical setups, redirects, and indexation rules across the portfolio
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear observations and suggestions
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, AI trends, and automation opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in SEO, ideally within agency, affiliate, gaming, or fast-paced digital environments
- Solid working knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience contributing to ranking improvements and organic traffic growth
- Good analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable suggestions
- Experience using common SEO and reporting tools
- Clear English written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
- Awareness of commercial goals and ROI
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working within an established SEO framework and taking direction from senior team members
- Open-minded about aggressive SEO approaches used in competitive affiliate verticals
Desirable
- Exposure to iGaming and/or affiliate marketing
- Familiarity with expired and repurposed domains, PBN-style link structures, and competitive SEO tactics
- Understanding of canonical, hreflang, and redirect strategies at scale
- Experience routing or consolidating traffic across multiple domains
- Exposure to automation workflows (AI tools, n8n, etc.)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- International / multilingual SEO experience, particularly francophone markets
